60th Anniversary Celebration of Ang Shee General Association and Anniversaries of Its Affiliated Groups

On 13 December 2025, Ang Shee General Association proudly celebrated its 60th Anniversary, together with the 55th Anniversary of the Benevolent association, the 17th Anniversary of the Women's Committee, and the 13th Anniversary of the Youth Committee.

In the morning, a solemn ancestral worship ceremony was held at the Association premises to honour and remember our forebears, expressing the younger generations' respect and gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of those who came before us.

In the evening, a celebratory dinner was held at Jubilee Garden Restaurant, Toa Payoh SAFRA. The Guest-of-Honour was our Association's Honorary Trustee, Honorary Life Patron and Adviser, Clan Elder Lian Kwang, PBM. The dinner comprised 18 tables, bringing together Advisers, Committee members, members and clan relatives in a warm and cordial atmosphere filled with fellowship and solidarity

In his address, President Clan Elder Chew Wah expressed his hope that Ang Shee General Association would continue to grow and flourish with the support and collective efforts of all clan members, taking the Association to greater heights.

In his heartfelt address, Clan Elder Lian Kwang, PBM, reminded clan members not to forget the foundations laid by the pioneers and the tremendous efforts they had devoted to building the Association over the years. He urged everyone to remain united, work together and rally their efforts to revitalise the Association, so that it may continue to achieve greater success and glory.

The celebration also featured the presentation of Education Awards to encourage the younger generation to pursue their studies diligently and strive for excellence. In addition, Honorary Patrons Certificates were presented to fellow clan members Zhang Sui and Jia Yen, in recognition and appreciation of their support and contributions to the Association.
