On 1 August 2026 (Saturday), Ang Shee General Association held a National Day Barbecue Gathering, which received an enthusiastic response from our clan members, with more than 70 participants attending the event.

Everyone enjoyed a wonderful evening of barbecue food, lively conversations and fellowship. The gathering was filled with warmth, laughter and joy, while the strong bonds of kinship among our clan members were further strengthened.

It was particularly heartening to welcome two clan members who came to the gathering for the first time in search of their roots. After experiencing the warm fellowship and close-knit spirit of the Association, both of them immediately signed up as life members, bringing new members into our Association and adding fresh energy to our growing Ang Shee General Association.

In addition, two young clan members were appointed as Committee Members on the day, bringing new and youthful energy to the Committee. Their participation represents an encouraging step towards nurturing the next generation and ensuring the continued development and succession of the Association.

The National Day Barbecue Gathering concluded on a warm and joyful note. Beyond providing an enjoyable evening for everyone, the event also strengthened fellowship and connections among our clan members, further reinforcing the sense of family and belonging within the Ang Shee General Association.
