Mid-Autumn Festival Gathering

On 19 September 2026 (Saturday), Ang Shee General Association held a Mid-Autumn Festival Gathering, with more than 30 clan members and children coming together to celebrate the festive occasion in a warm and joyful atmosphere.

The evening began with some fun and engaging activities, including riddle guessing and guessing the titles of songs, which brought plenty of laughter and lively participation. This was followed by addresses from the President clan elder Tian Jing and Adviser clan elder Lian Kwang PBM, who extended their warm Mid-Autumn Festival greetings to everyone. They also expressed the hope that clan members would continue to participate actively in the Association's future activities.

Everyone enjoyed a buffet dinner while catching up and chatting with one another. Mooncakes and Chinese tea were also served, adding to the festive spirit and creating a warm atmosphere filled with strong bonds of kinship.

A special birthday celebration was also held for clan members born in September and October, bringing an element of pleasant surprise and making the evening even more memorable.

The Youth Committee then led the children on a lantern procession. Illuminated by the colourful lanterns and accompanied by the children's cheerful voices and laughter, the procession created a delightful scene filled with innocence and childhood joy, adding to the festive atmosphere of the evening.

Clan members who correctly answered the riddles and identified the song titles earlier in the evening were also presented with shopping vouchers as prizes. Everyone enjoyed the gathering in a cheerful and convivial atmosphere.

As the evening came to an end, clan members looked forward to meeting again at next year's Mid-Autumn Festival Gathering, bringing this memorable celebration to a warm and happy conclusion.
