Celebration of Emperor Xuantian's Birthday

On 19 April 2026 (the 3rd day of the 3rd lunar month), Ang Shee General Association held a traditional worship ceremony in celebration of the Birthday of Emperor Xuantian (Xuan Tian Shang Di).

Led by a Taoist priest, our Committee Members, members and clan relatives respectfully offered incense, fruits, tea, ceremonial food offerings and fa gao (prosperity cakes) as symbols of sincerity, reverence and gratitude. Prayers were offered for favourable weather, the continued prosperity of the Association, good health, peace and harmony for all families.

The ceremony was conducted in a solemn and respectful atmosphere. Participants joined together in offering prayers for peace, harmony and well-being, while also wishing for the continued growth of the Association and the strengthening of the bonds among Ang Shee’ members.
