41st Committee Installation Ceremony and Parents' Day Luncheon

On 1 May 2026, Ang Shee General Association held its 41st Committee (2026–2027) Installation Ceremony together with a Parents' Day Luncheon.

The Installation Ceremony was officiated by our Association Adviser, Mr. Lian Kwang, PBM, who administered the oath of office. Led by the President, all newly elected Committee Members solemnly took the oath of office in a dignified and respectful ceremony. They then signed the Declaration of Office individually, pledging to abide by all resolutions passed by the Committee and formally undertaking their responsibilities to serve the Association, foster unity among clan members, and promote the continued development of the Association. The Supervising Officer also signed the declaration in the presence of all attendees as an official witness, further underscoring the solemnity of the occasion.

Immediately following the Installation Ceremony, members and guests gathered to celebrate Parents' Day, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the love, care and sacrifices of parents. Association Adviser Mr. Lian Kwang, PBM, together with the President, Vice Presidents, General Affairs Director and Treasurer, led all guests in singing the birthday song before jointly cutting the celebration cake. A cake was prepared for every table, and everyone joined in extending their best wishes for all parents to enjoy good health, happiness and lasting peace.

The celebratory luncheon comprised 11 tables, with approximately 110 attendees, including Advisers, Executive Committee Members, representatives of the Liu Kwee Clan Associations, members and their families. The gathering celebrated both the installation of the new Committee and Parents' Day in a warm and joyful atmosphere.

Throughout the luncheon, clan members entertained one another with songs, and the hall was filled with music, laughter and applause. The occasion beautifully reflected the strong bonds of kinship, friendship and hometown ties. A lucky draw featuring cash prizes and restaurant dining vouchers added further excitement and enjoyment to the celebration.

Ang Clan General Association extends its heartfelt best wishes to the 41st Committee for a successful term of office. May the Committee continue to work together with dedication and unity, uphold the Association's founding mission, actively promote its development, strengthen fellowship among clan members, achieve even greater accomplishments, and lead the Association towards new milestones and greater heights.
